I reached out to him late in the evening and he responded right away letting me know he would start working on my list a.s.a.p. I sent him a list of features I wanted, and he sent a list of properties the next day. We toured properties and he was patient with all of my questions and he remembered all of the things I wanted; for example, he would point out if an apartment had natural light and compare closets. It was so hard to decide which property to choose because they were all great options. read moreImmediately after speaking with CJ and hearing her positive energy behind the smile ON THE PHONE she already had my trust. Let me tell you she did not disappoint at all! I told her what I was looking for and that I would be driving to Houston to see places over the weekend then coming back to Austin. (I prepared myself that we would be visiting many locations because I am PICKY) I met CJ at the FIRST location she picked out for me after hearing my list of wants. You know she is the real deal because I did not leave that first location to even go see anymore.

The first location had everything I wanted +MORE still within my budget! My mind was BLOWN! While we were looking at the building and amenities I got to speak with Miss Joiner and let me tell you she went from Miss Joiner to CJ within that short period of time! I left Houston with a new friend! She is so genuine and you can tell she truly loves her job and interacting with others. I was able to speak with her why I am moving to Houston and becoming an entrepreneur and she knows so many people and believes in networking and shared so much with me!!! She has no idea how much she has calmed my nerves with my big move and I recommend anyone reading this far to just give her a call so that you can get the CJ experience with your new purchase/rental!

Between work and life, I had zero time to go apartment hunting on my own, and she took the time to learn what exactly I was looking for (location, sqft, amenities & pricing!) and I very quickly had many options to choose from! On top of that, she goes a step further and goes into every detail not just finding out each complex availability but also informing me of their specials and all fees I will be responsible for to hold the unit, and upon moving date.
